Our room was pretty basic, but accept for the temperature in the room, we had what we needed. The common areas are very nice and the staff is superb. We loved the pool and spa area — for women, make sure and find out schedule AND call down before you go as the facility is NOT coed and there are separate days of use for men and women (however, there is a women only area open everyday) . Breakfast was GREAT and the chef went above and beyond to take care of us. We had dietary restrictions and he actually brought in special food for us. Thank you soooo much for the sheep yogurt! The entire restaurant staff was exceptional! This hotel is an excellent value with nice perks (pool, jacuzzi, and sauna) and won’t break the bank.

I location of the hotel was really convenient for my business trip needs and in the same time close to leisure malls and shopping centers. Taking Uber back and forth was awesome and pretty reasonable in price. The convenience of the breakfast buffet was wonderful. They have a variety of options and cuisines that no matter what your preferrence would be, you will be able to find some delicious to eat. Hospitality is second to non. The whole team was very pleasant and respectful. A special thank you goes to Mr. Fadi Barakat (Abou Issam). You made us all feel at home and we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent hotel to stay in Amman, very comfortable, great location and very clean. Spacious rooms with everything you need. Excellent breakfast, with a little bit of everything. I must highlight the kindness and attention of all the hotel staff, especially the guys at the reception who helped us in everything we needed during our stay, inlcluding finding a driver for our trip around the country (amazing Walleed). If you are not looking for luxury but a comfortable, clean and kind hotel, this is the one. We'd definitely repeat in Toledo if we come back to Amman.

This hotel was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and staff all worked hard to aid you in having a good stay in Amman. The range of things for breakfast was good, and the lovely smiling chef Subih made me a lovely pancake and omelette each morning! Nabil on reception aided me in a room change as initially I had a loud family of five in the room next to me. I preferred the rooms on the higher numbered floors. It was handy having the two different entrances at the different levels for walking into town although the 2JD taxi ride was easy on the legs!
