Toledo Amman Hotel

The hotel is not just the decor and the hotel facilities, the staff, the reception and the smile. This hotel is distinguished in the first degree by having an integrated, welcoming, smiling team that is distinguished by a high degree of professional hospitality. It is a clean hotel, their services are available in an excellent way, and the most important thing is its location in the middle of the city, so that you can reach the old area on walking and see the beautiful views and the old stairs.

I location of the hotel was really convenient for my business trip needs and in the same time close to leisure malls and shopping centers. Taking Uber back and forth was awesome and pretty reasonable in price. The convenience of the breakfast buffet was wonderful. They have a variety of options and cuisines that no matter what your preferrence would be, you will be able to find some delicious to eat. Hospitality is second to non. The whole team was very pleasant and respectful. A special thank you goes to Mr. Fadi Barakat (Abou Issam). You made us all feel at home and we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Toledo is a really nice hotel in Amman, it is a medium budget-level. The location is good, really close to King Abdullah Mosque. The design of the hotel and the room is really nice, nice style and really clean. Our favorite thing was the breakfast, a lot of different foods and a chef stand where you can ask eggs and pancakes.

Our room was pretty basic, but accept for the temperature in the room, we had what we needed. The common areas are very nice and the staff is superb. We loved the pool and spa area — for women, make sure and find out schedule AND call down before you go as the facility is NOT coed and there are separate days of use for men and women (however, there is a women only area open everyday) . Breakfast was GREAT and the chef went above and beyond to take care of us. We had dietary restrictions and he actually brought in special food for us. Thank you soooo much for the sheep yogurt! The entire restaurant staff was exceptional! This hotel is an excellent value with nice perks (pool, jacuzzi, and sauna) and won’t break the bank.

The place, location, and especially the employees are among the best. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Amman and even in the rest of the cities of the Kingdom. I wish this hotel further progress and prosperity. Thank you to all the staff from the reception, the dining hall, and the gym, as well as those who clean the rooms.
